01What can I expect when I visit your showroom?
Your first visit is designed to be relaxed and inspiring. You’ll have the opportunity to explore our displays, experience the quality of our kitchens first-hand, and see a range of styles, finishes, and design details up close.
We’ll then take the time to understand your space, your lifestyle, and what you’d like to achieve, so we can begin shaping ideas that feel right for you.
02I’m not sure what I want yet — is that a problem?
Not at all. Many of our clients come to us at the very early stages, sometimes with no clear vision beyond wanting something better than what they currently have.
Our role is to guide you through the possibilities, introduce you to styles and layouts you may not have considered, and help you arrive at a design that feels considered and personal.
03How much should I budget for a new kitchen?
Our kitchens typically begin from around £17,000, with the overall investment depending on the size of your space, the materials selected, and the level of design detail involved.

04Do I need to arrange an appointment in advance?
We do recommend booking ahead to ensure we can dedicate time to you and your project. This allows for a more considered and unhurried experience, with one of our designers available to guide you throughout your visit.
Of course, you’re always welcome to call in and explore the showroom at your leisure.
05Do you take care of the full project?
Yes, we offer a fully managed service from initial design through to completion. We carefully coordinate every stage of the process, working with trusted trades to ensure everything runs seamlessly. For a better understanding of how we manage each project, please visit The KBD Process.
By taking on a limited number of projects at any one time, we’re able to remain closely involved and maintain the highest standards throughout.
06Can you collaborate with architects or builders?
We regularly work alongside architects, builders, and other professionals, whether your project is already underway or still in the planning stages. We have a wide range of Building Services available.
Collaboration is key to achieving a cohesive result, and we ensure the kitchen design integrates effortlessly with the wider vision for your home.
07Which locations do you work in?
We primarily install kitchens across Wakefield, Huddersfield, Barnsley and the surrounding areas, delivering beautifully considered kitchens to homes throughout the region. If you’re based slightly further afield, feel free to get in touch and we’ll be happy to discuss your project.
